What happens when you realize you died too young and wish you could live your old life again?

A teenage boy dies in an accident and ends up at CAMP LIMBO, a summer camp for deceased teenagers run by an alcoholic angel who was once a famous rock and roll guitarist. After a few weeks of “anything goes”, the teenager realizes that he could be could be “stuck in summer camp” for eternity if he isn’t chosen for the bus ride to heaven or, even worse, carried off by the band of horsemen from hell who patrol the perimeter to camp.

He puts together a band of kids to try and find a way back to the land of the living so he can attend a prom with a girl he has fallen in love with at camp.
