An elite team of top gun pilots known as "First Strike" are prepared for anything. Their in depth training on land, in air and on sea have made them ready for any disasters that may threaten the United States.
The threat becomes a reality when an international arms cartel is discovered. Headed by Norman and Stanley Borden (Mike Reynolds, Lenny Rose), these guys are in business - the intimidation business. By creating a worldwide panic of unrest, the cartel is able to boost sales of military weapons around the world. The weapons pipeline, known as "Torpedo Run", is perhaps the largest nuclear weapons cartel in the world and must be located and destroyed.

As the First Strike Team is about to leave on their mission of destruction, bombs detonate throughout the U.S. and other major cities in the world.
transport aircraft that take off, only the lucky will return alive. As fate would have it, all members aboard the transport aircraft are shot down in a blaze of anti aircraft fire, and the surviving pilot and several crewmembers are taken prisoner. But how did the Borden's know they were coming?
An informant is suspected among our First Stirke team. Colonel Frank Gunn and Scott Dawson (Matt Kanen, PRISON, YOUNG WARRIORS) are primary suspects. First Strike gains permission to attack Visdivostika for a second time to retrieve the captured pilot and crew along with the portable nukes that are also known to be there. This time the mission is a success and "Tornado Run" is wiped out.
The Danger isn't over and Borden sends a sexy assassin, Gina Taylor (Patricia Sanchez) to wipe out the First Stike Team. Frank Gunn gets to her first and in her dying breath Gina reveals Borden's whereabouts. Billy Gunn and Joun Sherman arrive at Borden's, but its too late. Borden is already dead - killed by Dawson who as we finally find out is the dirty bastard informant.
